Developmental services workers (DSW)

Our Developmental Service Worker (DSW) is responsible for observing patient’s progress related to care provided, reporting and documenting these observations and care performed. The Developmental Service Worker will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, growth and development, safety and continuity for patients. Physical, mental and intellectual developmental disabilities can affect people of all ages. Our DSW and special needs professionals work with those who have these disabilities to help them function better in the classroom, at work and in their day-to-day lives.
